Marina Porto Heli concluded its operations for the year 2023 with consistently high occupancy rates and heightened activity. Specifically, August saw the highest occupancy, reaching 96.3%, followed by July and September with rates of 87.8% and 76.4%, respectively. Moreover, an upward trend in occupancy was recorded throughout the year.

In total, 791 professional and leisure vessels with extended stays (over 30 days) were docked in 2023, marking an impressive increase of 81.4%. These achievements translated into a revenue surge of 46.2%, with Marina Porto Heli expecting a growth rate of approximately 29.1% for 2024.

Marina Porto Heli, the most innovative marina in the Argosaronic Gulf, is known for its environmentally conscious facilities and comprehensive services designed to offer a variety of convenient and secure options for vessel docking. Specifically, four docking options are available, tailored to the needs of each vessel and owner, with a total capacity for docking up to 149 vessels.
