The Poseidonion Grand Hotel first invited guests to discover the Bostani farm-to-table experience in 2016, a unique restaurant concept held at the hotel’s private organic farm. Head chef Stamatis Marmarinos and his team collected fresh produce direct from the land to create nostalgic dishes highlighting the tastes and traditions of Spetses, all right in front of the diner’s eyes.
This demanding concept evolved into one of the most innovative experiences available to visitors to the island of Spetses, requiring in-depth planning and coordination in order to reach the project’s maximum potential. This was accomplished through a series of actions including photography, newsletters and press trips, putting Bostani on the radar of hotel guests by offering a custom-made gastronomic journey through nature.
The visitor response has been so great that the Bostani farm-to-table restaurant experience is now established as a favourite annual activation at the hotel.
