Nikki Beach Resort & Spa is the ultimate beachside destination – a luxury lifestyle brand with locations across the world. With existing venues everywhere from Bali to Marbella, Miami to Marrakech, it was only natural for the resort to set its sights next on Greece.
In 2014 Nikki Beach Porto Heli opened in the east Peloponnese, just 40km southeast of Nafplio. It was the American brand’s first venture in Europe, and one of its first hotels. The relatively remote location has long been a favourite of Athenian socialites looking to escape the crowds, and the area is increasingly becoming the place to see and be seen.
Reporting directly to the Nikki Beach head office in Miami, Travelworks was asked to communicate a series of high-profile events at the new Porto Heli resort, plus news of various offers throughout the season.
All creative newsletter content was produced in-house in accordance with the client’s aesthetic and was approved by Nikki Beach head office. Travelworks produced materials that captured the brand experience and engaged new Nikki Beach clients.

18 newsletter campaigns were distributed over the course of 2016, eliciting an open rate 38% higher than the events industry average and helping secure Nikki Beach Porto Heli’s presence as a leading luxury resort in Greece.
Within the framework of Travelworks collaboration with Nikki Beach Resort and Spa, the agency received the Bronze accolade in the Greek Tourism Awards 2017, in the category of Online Presence and Communication.
